Description Additional information

Piston kit 3802561 fits Cummins 4BT3.9 and 6BTA5.9 engines at 102.0 mm STD bore with a ±0.01 mm tolerance. The piston is forged AlSi12CuMgNi high-silicon aluminium alloy with a small-bowl deep crown for the 12-valve layout, running a 22 × 75 mm floating pin with hardened steel retainers. The three-piece ring pack pairs a chrome-molybdenum coated top ring with a scraper ring and multi-piece oil ring. Weight is 2.2 kg at 71.6 mm compression height.
