Aftercooler core 3626715 is the built-in water-cooled charge air cooler for Cummins K38, KTA38 and QSK38 engines. The tube-fin core measures roughly 610 × 110 × 85 mm, or about 680 mm installed with end caps, and weighs around 30 kg. It is sealed by integral high-temperature brazing with oil and heat resistant rubber gaskets, and drops into the OEM flange position without modification.
